Birds of a Feather

Archon listened silently as the man spoke falsities. He reminded himself that ignorance was everywhere and that it was not this man's fault that he was blind to the glaring truths of God. Archon didn't let his gaze find the male again, opting to instead study the tree as he considered carefully the man's words.
"I think you only speak from a place of misunderstanding," Archon said. "For nature is its own thing, but God, allowing it to still exist even after it became the place of his exile is astounding."
He saved a moment to see if his words could possibly sink in before continuing.
"As is his will to allow this place to still stand, so will The Fallen Angels. He can appreciate the wonders of the world, and as his follower, I will do the same. He only seeks to inform and correct the ignorance amongst wolves."
Archon turned his ear towards the male, as if tipping off the suggestion that he was one of the ignorant Archon spoke of without directly saying it.
