Falling Stars [Hannibal]
It seemed these new lands lacked males, the only natives he had really met were females with a handful of exceptions. Not that the bachelor was complaining, it was just peculiar to him. Back home there was a good half and half ration and women had great power. Some of the Klein's most powerful rulers were women. His more was a great Queen alongside his mighty father. But even before her time were Queens who ruled with no man and did it just fine. Thus, despite his pleasurable urges the male held females to a very high standard. They provided the power to create life and to nurture. Hannibal often thought of having offspring to teach and raise. He may seem like a selfish bastard, which he was, but more then anything he wished to carry on his Klein name and produce great pups to take on this promising world. The inviting tones of this warm babe snapped him from his thoughts. Suddenly his eyes focused in on her once again and that devilish smirk returned. The hellhound stood tall and pondered her words for a few moments. He had no idea what she meant by her cryptic response but the beast enjoyed a bit of a riddle. The only information he gathered was that of the most important, her name. Amun Ra. Hannibal took in the tidbit before she spoke again, now in a much different dialect in which he could not decipher. The male was only fluent in common and was rendered useless when faced with anything else. Thus, he simply allowed the foreign vocals to roll off his shoulders as the male ventured forth towards the bank of the lake. His eyes moved towards the fireflies with a little grin, "They bring warmth on such a cold evening." Winter had come and it was not forgiving for this sensitive bloke. Hannibal's gaze moved towards her own, now standing about four tail lengths away to her left. "Amun Ra, what brings you to this pool of serenity on such a chilly night?"
