It wasn't long before he heard someone approaching, quietly, but still heading his way. The familiar scent of his brother wafted to his nares and he breathed in the scent of his lost brother. When he broke through the thin trees, he grinned. Listening to a comment about his size as of late, he welcomed his brothers embrace and relished in it. When he backed off, Carthage's smile remained. "The loner life isn't for me; the prey's too small," he laughed shortly, as his brother wasn't too far behind in his words.

"Of course brother; hopefully you've found a worthy enough home?" He half expected his brother to already have risen an empire of his own, loyal subjects doting on him and doing everything they could for him. Hannibal had that air about him, where as Carthage just smelled of blood and gore.
