He took a couple of steps forward before she turned around, you know... just in case she fell forward or something, he would rush in and try to grab her before she was too far gone. Luckily, she backed away from the cliffs edge and turned towards him. He let go of the breath he wasn't aware he was holding in, glad he didn't have to watch someone fall to their death. She was young, close to his age if he had to guess. What was she doing so close to the edge? His guess was she liked to test fate, just like he was doing before he found her. Head cocked to the side a bit when she started saying she shouldn't have... listened? He guessed? Whatever the case, he offered a smile.

"My name is Ignis. Nice to meetcha Evanthe!" He approached her, moving until he was peering over the edge of the cliff. The wind tugged at his fur as he noted how far down it was. That would have been one messy drop..."It's pretty high up here, but a good view huh?" He turned to glance at her, his ever present smile plastered to his face.
