On the hunt (tallis)

The dark gray, white speckled brute padded through the forest that surrounded the nearby lake, weaving leisurely in and out of the trees. His fore paws and muzzle still showed the signs of his recent kill, the blood still splattered across his fur. He guessed he should probably clean himself up. It wasn't like he had anyone to impress, but he liked to keep himself looking nice all the same. He spotted a particularly shady tree a good distance from the doe he had just finished having his lunch from. He folded his legs under him and sighed comfortably before setting to work licking the blood from his paws and legs. Once that was done, he decided he was going to go down to the waters edge to get a drink and wash off his muzzle, but before he could move, a white fea walked past him, apparently looking for something. Now, Tallis being the ladies man that be was, he had no problem putting aside his tasks to introduce himself to this lovely fea with striking green eyes. He quickly licked his muzzle as clean as he could in the short time he had while he was standing. He shook out his fur and padded over to her, giving her a friendly grin. "Hey there," he greeted her, dipping his head to her politely. "I couldn't help but notice you were looking for something. Maybe I can help? "Speech." |
