Another grin spread across his dark face as she stated how proud she was of him. It made him feel so good to hear how proud his family was, it made all the work and the planning worth it. The solitude he had while pulling this together was worth it just to hear those words. She did want to know more, but she stated she was sleepy and it was no wonder. It had to be a travel and for her to be alone and to survive she had to be on the toes. Now she was here, she could relax and recoup from her travels. He wanted her to take the time she needed. "Of course Clem! You may have my den to rest up in. Fallow me," he said with a smile. He turned and began to lead her into the territory, taking her straight towards his comfy den. He would gladly let her have that space until she was well rested and she should go undisturbed there which would allow her to get the sleep she needed. He led her at a steady pace, making sure his strides were not making him move to fast. It didn't take them long to reach his den in the center of the territory and when they arrived he turned and attempted to gently bump her with his nose. "Sleep well sis," he said. He would make sure there was a fresh meal here for when she woke up. |
