Hi, I Might Have Rabies

As the little old lady came into view Jupiter smoothed his scowl into something a little more presentable. Then, about two whole seconds later when he remembered that she was blind and couldn't take his PO'd face the wrong way, he started scowling again because why not.

Her voice was...not quite what he expected, honestly. Softer. Nicer, really, than what he thought Valentine's mate would sound like. That was a good thing, honestly. He'd been kind of expecting a hag who would smack him over the head for being dumb and then somehow manage to make wound tending violent and slightly scary. So far...this was promising.

"Hello," he greeted her politely. "My name's Jupiter, I'm Valentine's grandson and um..." Okay, this as where it got awkward. Jupiter waffled for a second before clearing his throat. "You see...Valen and I had some business to take care of and I got bitten...and uh...well...he said you might be able to help me."

Perhaps he should have told her more about the wound, but he honestly he just didn't want to. No, he thought it would be better (for him) to wait until she was committed before he told her that she'd be working on his rump.
