Lost in this World

"Likewise," came the automatic response. His mind was already working on answering the question of where to get some food for the other male. Studying the rainbow-backed wolf for a moment, Ignatius' brow furrowed for a few seconds. He knew what he wanted to do already, but this nagging voice in the back of his mind that sounded very much like Mars criticized the decision. Screw that voice.
"Hmm..." Ignatius gave it another moment before he smiled and shrugged, "I do prefer to look a little further south of here around my pack lands. Forgive my forwardness, but, would joining a pack be something you'd be interested in? We have plenty of room for new members, and I'd be happy to elaborate on what Fýri is like." Anyone else would probably tell Ignatius not to wear his heart on his sleeve so often if they could see how easily he decided to take in those who seemed to be in need. He probably wouldn't listen to them though. He had plenty of back-up at home, and felt confident in his decisions. This was his pack to run his way. He wouldn't be doing things the way they were done where he grew up. Maybe that was what drove these choices. The desire to prove he was different.
