With the by-necessity individual issues taken care of, it was time to pull the various guilds together to assess them. There were several adults who had been apprentices for far too long, and they needed to either prove themselves capable or get some major remedial training under a proven warrior to get them up to standard. There was no reason a fully-capable adult should linger as an apprentice. Some, like Delaney, he intended to promote based on the capability she'd already shown. Rogdar would be setting out on a mission that would certainly show his competence, and he saw no reason not to promote him as well if he managed himself well. Others that had made no effort to prove themselves, like Cepheus and Asvor, he would deal with in a group setting.

First, the warriors.

He made his way through the range, which being generally flat and open would make it easier to spread out and still be able to see everyone easily. He'd never particularly been a fan of clearing all obstacles from an area before training because knowing how to avoid or use those obstacles was just as important as any other part of training, but he did want to be able to observe everyone equally so he'd compromise by choosing the wide open area and then not clearing it of whatever sticks and stones littered it.

He sat back on his haunches and raised his muzzle, calling out for all the warriors and warrior apprentices to join him there.
