To the hunt

The young boy was coming out of his shell, he knew he needed to step up and be more than he had been so far. He tried to push past the vision of his mother, through it hurt him to let her go. There came a time when a man must grow, and he knew that that time was now. Determined to learn a few life skills, and meet the wolves that shared this pack with him, the reclusive man would make his way to the borders of the pack, a path he had taken often as he tested his skills a hunter. Today, he would try a different tactic, he would take on a larger prey, and see who wished to join him in the hunt. It would be a good chance to work along side another member of the pack, a step in intergrating himself properly within the wolves of Erovrare. He came to a stop by the border, and lifted his head, calling out to find a wolf who wished to take on a stronger prey in teamwork. When he finished the call, clearing his throat, and finding it a touch sore after such a booming noise, from the so often silent man. |
