with hannibal and nephthys gone Eulogy was left to care for their pups. Between them and their cramped den conditions they were getting to become alot to handle. She was on her way after leaving them overnight to sleep. She'd put them to bed and covered the den entrance with a shield of weaved twigs. It had hurt to do that but they weren't hers. Even if they might see her as a caregiver they'd never see her as anything else but their father's slave. She had two hares in her jaws by the legs. This was breakfast time for them. Today she had work to do and she intended to make them play in the clearing in front of the den while she cleaned up Hannibal's den. She had hardly spoken since she was marked by him.

Her trust was broken by the Male. She came to the den and nosed the shield away with a sharp intake of breath and wince as the scabs were scraped by the sticks. She didn't cry out though. No need to scare the pups. As if they probably wouldn't be scared enough that their parents had yet to return. She took a couple breaths to steady her watery eyes before ducking inside. Already the three were awake. A sigh and she dropped the rabbits for them with a plop enough to alert them without words to the source of food. She was then moving back to a corner to wait. Her body curled up as she watched them. Silence was what they probably knew of her now, though she had been probably the gentlest thing last night with humming to them until they slept soundly. No words had still been uttered then though. Mordecai was the smallest and her heart did go out to him but she knew better. All three were Hannibal's children and likely to become monsters like him.
