The approaching scent of her father, Recluse's eyes slid open slowly, blinking against fading light as she scanned for him. The pup spotted his approach and her tail began to beat against the ground, finding enough force to make her rump wiggle. She followed his movements with pink gaze, flicking quickly to Euology as her father dismissed her; her expression turning cold briefly, but the moment her focus was back on her father the coolness melted.

He gave her a smile and she giggled lightly as he licked the top of her head. "'llo papa!" She chirruped, an innocently happy greeting. She wiggled herself into her father's side, a contented sigh lifting from her lungs. Though she noted the swish of his tail, her head snapping to gaze hungrily at what was quickly becoming her favorite type of chew toy.
