The pair hadn't been in the pack all that long. It was long enough that they were starting to put weight back on. They still were not used to the cold north, but that would just take time. They took their time settling in, finding the right spot and making it extra warm. From what it seemed the pack had to be small, which didn't bother him, he just hoped he would have better luck here then in Celestial. He hoped maybe being distanced from his already distant family would be better for him. He always worried about his half siblings, but it seemed with them constantly disappearing from his life that he wasn't meant to stick with them.
Hearing the call the rainbow backed male nudged his companion and together the two exited their den and headed off to the meeting that was being called. They tried to hurry, but when they both arrived they realized they were bringing in the tail end of the members. His eyes looked around, each wolf beautifully colored in their own way, most of then unnatural which made Chasm feel a lot less like an outcast and more like this could be a good new home for them. They picked a spot in the back and took a seat waiting for things to start.
