Valdís resisted the urge to cock her head to the side at the woman's words. For a moment she wondered if the stranger was trying to flirt with her but ultimately she decided that wasn't the case. She'd only recently just come to terms with her sexuality and thus she was fairly certain she was reading to much into the situation. Not that it mattered. She was in love with Ásvor and couldn't imagine being with anyone else so even if the other was flirting with her she'd chose to ignore it.

Valdís grinned. "Maybe I am looking for something to injure someone." In truth she wasn't sure what she was looking for. It really was a case of she'd know it when she saw it. There were so many odds and ends out here but she was confident she could find a use for them. There might be items that could fortify her den. Perhaps somethign she could use as armor or even weaponry. Markers might be good to, she just didn't quite know yet.

"Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Something that will spark an idea, that will bring to mind some sort of practical use. What about you? This seems an odd place to nap."
