Chaos vs Odysseus

The fight ended in his favor, which pleased Odysseus more than he let on. He got the feeling that many of Rhyme's relatives looked down on Abaven and its wolves and this one, this...half brother, was it? He couldn't remember. Perhaps a loss to a wolf such as himself would teach this half brother a thing or two about the real Abaven.

The titan shook out his coat and stretched before looking to Olafur, who had screeched in surprise when Chaos' companion attacked him. The macaque sat on one of the stones that lined the ring absentmindedly rubbing at his side where the owl's talons had wounded him. Despite the bird's best efforts Olafur had struggled against her talons and succeeded in biting Chaos on the rump. His efforts weren't without cost; he now had two small gashes above each hip where her talons had scored his skin.

At Odysseus' summons Olafur trotted over and clamored up onto Odysseus' back.

Odysseus hadn't had a chance to address Chaos' slight at the beginning of the fight. Now that he'd won it seemed like a fitting time to handle it. "Good fight," he commented as he walked away before glancing back at Chaos slyly. "Now if you'll excuse me, pal, I just have to get back to my arts-and-crafts."
