Valdís absently pawed at a blockish piece of metal that rested below her feet. Her claws clinked against it and she had a feeling the small piece she could see was a tiny glimmer of something much larger. Probably too large to take back to Legion. That was the trick, finding something that looked like it could be useful but that was also small enough to be portable. There were metal skeletons that looked like they'd make good covers for dens but she'd never get them home.

If you had been through this cold with few breaks you wouldn't think it was that odd.

"Ahh… I see. Long journey home then?" She'd done some long distance traveling herself, visiting the maw. Often she had to stop and rest to make the journey easier on herself. Pushing through the whole trip in a single day was far more effort than it was worth half the time.
