Malleus vs Hannibal

Hannibal's hook was successful but what came of it was nothing more then a backfired attack. Malleus managed to slam his left front paw on Hannibal's right forepaw. In result his toes were pressed into the earth and stung with pain. He was also unable to move the paw due to the weight pinning it down. The beast grimaced but made sure his weight was being evenly distributed among his three mobile paws.

Thankfully, Hannibal was also able to land a decent bite at the left side of his opponent's neck. As his fangs sunk into the tender flesh Malleus backed off from his previous bite. A minor success on Hannibal's side of the ring but the fight was not over just yet. Blood seeped from Hannibal's neck and the air stung the open wound. He was unable to dwell for too long as his opponent dived back in for another bite. One of which that landed at the left side of Hannibal's neck near the base of his skull, further back then the previous bite. A significant hiss of a growl could be heard in result as Malleus pushed into the bite which caused Hannibal's grip on his opponents neck to falter. Fangs snapped relentlessly in attempt to hang on as long as he could but soon his head was pushed far enough away in which he was unable to grab any more flesh.

Hannibal was in a rather poor position as his head was being pushed away from his opponent. He had managed to get some decent attacks off but at this point he was limited in what he could do. Thus, the male resorted to digging his rear paws into the earth and attempting to step forward with those rear paws in attempt to push his chest into Malleus' own. Hopefully if he pushed hard enough the male would have to step backward and release Hannibal's front paw from the relentless grip.
