Here's A Lesson For You

Song hadn't missed the hard fought caribou that raced past the trees. He knew they were migrating, and big herds of them were on the move. These were a little too fast to just be on their way though. His icy white eyes took to the sky, finding a couple large birds circling a few miles away. Putting two and two together he came to the conclusion that a caribou carcass was underneath them. The only problem was what had killed it.

He hoped he might encounter a friendly face, and maybe partake in the meal. What he didnt want to find was a bear or other large predator. Song would make up his mind to approach cautiously. Alabaster paws carried him closer, eventually passing one last caribou cow before the scene lay out before him.

A dead calf on the ground, and not a dangerous predator, but a pretty little she wolf. Song couldn't help but approach now. His pace would slow as he offered a quick bark, letting her know he was there. His tall frame was hulking but he was in a relaxed posture, he didnt want to seem a threat.

"Greetings, lady of the hunt." His voice rang out when he was a polite distance away. "I wondered if you might invite a stranger to lunch." Song didnt want to intrude, and would leave her alone if she told him to get lost.
