Hiding places

Saren spotted another pup that was in the area. He was blue in color and looked a little chubby. Saren hadn't heard that there were any other pups in the pack so this was a first for him. He figured he should go up and introduce himself, but he wasn't quite familiar with that aspect of socialization.
Having spent most of his time away from the wolves he knew, social interaction wasn't his strong suit. He had been looking in the pup's direction trying to figure out what they should do. Should he smile, say hi, say his name, call them over? There were so many choices.
Saren lifted a paw to start walking towards the other pup before putting it back and pausing in place. He truly didn't know what to do, he had no problem approaching other wolves around his siblings. Maybe that's because they were bolder than he was and that gave him a sense of confidence. That was certainly a question that needed answering, but it would have to wait until later. For now he needed to figure out how he was going to manage talking to others by himself.
