Pyrrhic vs Aureus

Panting Aureus backed off as he heard he was declared the winner. A grin split across his face. Yes! He'd have been fine with either outcome, knowing his brother was as worthy an opponent as he could hope for. However, he was particularly pleased to have won in the public arena and he hoped to carry his family's name all the way to finals. It would be difficult but he felt confident he would do his family proud.

"Good fight, Aureus. I hope your next opponent is a good one."

Aureus nodded. "I hope so to. Good luck in the secondary bracket." He stepped out the ring to have Kali look over his wounds for a moment before he was sent on to his next match.
