The little youth gave him some space to shake himself off, quickly coming back to his side once he'd finished, shaking uncontrollably as nodded to him, confirming that she was ready to move on. Not to far from the delta's shores the white man was able to spot what looked to be like an old den, used by perhaps a badger, or some other creature. It was about medium size, though not big enough for the two of them. Stand back little one, I have to make this bigger. He nudged Seraphine out of the way, making sure she was clear of the path of any flying dirt before having at the den, talons striking at the dirt repeatedly as he slowly dug the den out.
