Don't try to hold me down
Priscilla smiled a little at her brother’s comment. She hadn’t realized how much she missed him… or how much they had missed things in each other’s lives. She was quiet as he began to explain things on his side. Hearing him talk the young woman had her smile widening as she pressed into him.
“You know what I think?” Her bi-colored gaze fixed on him. “It sounds like we’ve both met some pretty amazing people in our lives, Cel. Our best friends… and if we’re going to have any hope of either situation becoming more we’re going to have to work towards those relationships.” Priscilla nosed her brother gently.
“It doesn’t mean you’re leaving us for good either… You’re just saying goodbye for a while.” Her gaze softened. “Just remember to come back and check in from time to time.” Priscilla’s gaze shifted back to their sister’s grave.
“I want us to be happy.” ‘cilla said softly. “I don’t know what I’m going to do yet. But I know I want to be with Osiris whatever I decide.” She glanced back towards her brother again and grinned. “Next time we see each other though I get to meet Pegasus, agreed?” |
