Pyralis grinned triumphantly as she was declared the victor. Alkali moved to land on the ground near her. "Good work, Pyralis." The older woman nodded but she wasn't paying to much attention to the bird. She was already on her way out of the ring and when she'd found a nice patch of shade beneath a large tree she settled down panting. This was brutal work. The tournament seemed to go on forever. Was this perhaps evidence of her old age? Surely she could've burned through the whole tournament in her youth. Alkali flew over to her and perched in a lower branch of the the tree, her head twisting around to bury in her pack. Ahhh… yes, sleep sounded good. Pyralis laid her head on her forelegs, seeking to get a few moments of sleep before her next match.
Please note that Pyralis is a ghost. It is up to you to decide what level your chars can see/hear her. She was killed by having her throat ripped apart. At times the wound may be visible and be actively bleeding.
