It had been so long since she had spent a lot of time with Lament, she had genuinely forgotten how indulgent he was of her tendencies. He would see anything through to the end for her, and she was forever grateful for that. Lament was her brother and her most powerful ally and supporter. She loved him fiercely for it. "Hmm... okay, I'm the medic," Eris repeated. Although she had fended for herself well these past few months, she was still used to leaning on her siblings. Now that they were back, she found herself falling into old habits. She could tell that Lament was encouraging her to be independent and make her own decisions, but it was still hard not to look over her shoulder and gauge his reaction. As the ferret-sling was placed on her shoulders, Eris stood perfectly still. The creature didn't move much, but she figured that was for the best. Rest always seemed to cure more than she expected it would. "We should head to this small copse of willows that I skirted around a few weeks back," Eris stopped to describe it to Lament so that he might have a better idea where they were going. "It should be easy to find... it's unfortunately claimed by a pack. The scent is all around. If we skirt the border, we should be okay." Eris didn't sound confident, but she was strangely attached to the injured creature they'd found. She had a soft spot for all injured beings, regardless of species. Setting herself to tracking the scent, Eris set her nose to the ground and paced a large circle before she picked it up. Careful of her new passenger, Eris headed towards the weeping woods and homeland of the Kesali. exit Eris "Speech." Ademic
