Iroh v Thalia

Though Thalia was deeply excited by the prospect of a fight, it was hard to judge just how she felt about it based on her cold expression. She was facing Iroh, a boy she didn't know, a boy that had just been called Future General? Had he even done anything to earn that title? He was older than her, sure, but it was hard to imagine he'd done anything that great yet. Only briefly did a frown touch her lips when she turned to him, though the expression softened quickly into something unreadable. Despite knowing next to nothing about fighting, she was determined to prove that she was much more capable than he was. She'd briefly caught the eye of the woman who was to mentor her, though her thoughts moved quickly back to Iroh.

Thalia didn't mirror his enthusiasm, at least not outwardly, though her heart had already started beating more rapidly in her chest with each second that passed. Slowly she moved, maintaining what felt like a good distance between them, her yellow gaze fixed on him unblinkingly. "I'm ready," she spoke slowly, eyes narrowing as she decided her next move. Running straight at him seemed like a good idea.. right? Tail flicking out behind her, she made a decision to initiate the fight, kicking off with her back legs and charging right at Iroh with all her might, aiming to throw her body into his larger form and send him toppling over.
