Moonlight set the lands awash in silver and grey. The monochrome male slipped through the low lying foliage easily, searching for his sister. She had seemed to bolster under the promise of a rise to their empire once more, and he was eager to see where these musings had brought her. As was the nature of their kin, the pair tended to move under the cover of night. It was easier in the warmer months, and allowed for a semblance of privacy. The longer his paws thudded against the earth with no sign of company, the more his patience waned. They were so few now, he was not interested in losing his sister. While the male couldn't demand her to stay put, nor to cling to his side, he wasn't afraid to draw her to him from time to time. Regroup and share their tales, before parting ways again. Perhaps this time around they could formulate a plan to reclaim their prestige. THE SCREAMING, HEAVING, FUCKERY OF THE WORLD? |
