she'd veer away from Winterfell, her acceptance into the pack a proverbial shoe-in. Acere and Fracture had been kind, and she was quite eager to meet more of her pack mates in due time. Heloise was still getting very adjusted to living with a community again. her own family had been a unit, a small one at that, and when they were gone... she'd shake the thought away. long limbs stretched with each step, her shoulder from the cougar's claws healing nicely with Deathbelle's mixture of herbs.
the ivory woman knew she had been lucky so far. trouble could start, trouble could have started long ago when she first stepped into the Boreas. so far, life had been... what? good? she had a pack now. she had allies to count on. maybe with time she could even have friends. her paws faltered as she heard footfalls nearby, her body swinging instinctively toward the rustling. this was not Winterfell's land, but it was quite close to it. she had no right to tell another they shouldn't be here though. "hello?" she'd call out instead, eyes searching for the frame of the other. |
