Seshet, as she named herself, stood her ground as he stood close. Her rose and his ivory fur mingled as the pair froze. The universe aligned for those few moments as he gazed deeply into the bottomless pools of her eyes. ”What do you mean?” How could she not understand? Ra taught him that he was a god in the flesh, his mother and grandmother taught him who Thoth was in the heavens and who he was supposed to be.
