raindrops in my eyes

Though he'd wandered a great deal since witnessing the lackluster challenge, Pyrrhic kept finding himself getting drawn back to the battlefield. He simply couldn't resist walking its grounds. There were spars to be had, fights to watch, and wolves to potentially recruit or enslave. The up and coming godling found the bloodstained field simply irresistible. It was like catnip for his restless young soul.
With Benkos trailing him, Pyrrhic made his way towards the caller. Though she was a mortal woman and he'd been unimpressed with their kind so far, he was feeling his oats and itching for a fight. She sounded confident so at least she had that going for her.
He sized Deathbelle up as he approached and was pleased to see she appeared both at ease and in prime condition. Not that long ago he'd answered a promising baritone and been disappointed to find out that the caller was a jittery, grossly overweight halfling. "If you're looking for a spar," he said cockily, a slight smirk on his lips. "I'm your man."
