Her eyes lingered on her paws as she debated about what she could even offer for his service to her. His copper heat tilted curiously as he awaited an answer, all he got was her eyes glued to her mismatched paws. She gave him a question instead of the answer he was looking for. Surely an escaped slave. He was given a glimpse of her smoothe blue eyes before they were placed firmly on her paws once again.
”No offer to talk to your alpha, no knowledge I could find useful?” He suggested, inching a little bit closer and allowing his mind to wander into darker places. With out Eris beside him to remind him that he needed to be better he let his heritage show through. ”Any skills to call upon at a later date?” He lifted his head a little higher, and looked down on her tiny form. He lifted a silver paw and brushed against her foreleg softly. ”Nothing?”
