He leaped to her, and he moved to answer, only to find to his surprise that she moved beneath him. Never had he encountered a wolf so small, she could run beneath him without touching his tummy, she was like an insect beneath his might. His surprise gave her a moment's advantage, and he felt her little needle teeth bite into his back left leg.
He did what any respectable giant in his situation would, he immediately dropped his stance and fell promptly, and heavily to the ground . he tried to give her as little warning as possible, even if he was feeling some regret at suffocating the silly wolf. He would try not to kill her.
