Memories, they flickered in the illuminating glow. Fading in and out, laughter, sadness, rage, and loneness. They filtered threw the glowing atmosphere. Pictures, they taunted her mind and she felt it crack. Everything had changed. Who was she? She no longer knew but the silence followed her like a warm blanket. Filling her with hatred and building her, reconstructing her, into something far greater and far darker then she had ever envisioned for herself. Her ears were back and she could feel her heart beating but did it mean anything? She felt so lost and when she walked it felt like her paws burned the world beneath her. She was so angry. Did it ever go away? The burning that ate at her chest and hallowed out her soul? Did anyone know her pain? She shook her head as she wandered towards the sound of running water.

Soon she made her way towards the edge. The water rippled in response as she dipped a claw into the water. She envisioned it being red. Imagined the pool was the blood of them all. All those that had been involved, all those that stood by and watched her father die, watched everything her mother had worked so hard for just slip right threw her claws. She slashed at the water as the burning fueled her body in liquid fire. Her violet eyes burned with the blood from her father and mother. She was a perfect mix of them both and she would have her revenge. She would watch the world turn to ashes around her and laugh as it crumbled. Nothing was good anymore and she felt so lost. So alone. Where were her brothers? Everything had broken them and she stood alone.

She looked at the moon. Her teeth bared in response to its shinning smile. This land. It was so close. She could smell all the wolves that lived in its confinement. She hated them all. They all needed to die. Every last one of them. They allowed their queen to take everything from her. None would be safe from her and she would kill them all, one wolf at a time, and no one would be the wiser. Her tail slashed back and forth behind her as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She couldn?t understand how to reel in the heat. It was so overwhelming. Dark ears pulled forward with the sound of footsteps. She hadn?t dared to venture into their territory but was merely lingering on the border. Was someone else stalking the pack? She was unsure but she slowly turned her head to the right to look behind her.
