it was Kresnik, with his trained eye, that spotted the wolf before Heloise. he sent up a warning cry, her alertness returning as she glanced around her. the gold hue made the man stand out, but yes, there was another wolf here. though he did not scent of Winterfell, he looked quite content in the snowy terrain. she approached him casually, though cautiously. he was an unknown, after all. "well met" the alabaster woman would state as she neared the stranger. he was close to Winterfell's borders, so she should be asking what the man was doing so temptingly close. was he a member of the pack that disbanded? Fracture seemed to guess that they were roaming around. for now, she would wait for the man to speak back to her. she could gauge him more easily this way and figure out what else to say. |
