A slight blush of embarrassment came upon her features after she toppled into the water. She wasn’t sure as to why she was embarrassed, but hearing someone with a little more experience laugh at your mistake did kind of hurt her a little bit- even if it wasn’t intentional. Though she still got up with his help and went back into trying to catch some fish. The silver within the water after the sun’s rays hit off the fish’s fins was rather unique to her. Not a lot of fish came around where she lived, so it was a different experience than what the pup was used to. But, she couldn’t possibly smack the fish out of the water, the male beside her however was a different story due to how large and robust he was compared to her petite frame.
A slight groan of annoyance from the fish caused her to be a little more serious with things. Even if she were to make a fool out of herself again, she will find a way to get a large fish to show that she wasn’t a quitter. Her paws dug into the sand a little bit for more balance as she watched the fish for an easy target, her ears flicking slightly for any form of danger that might come around the area.
After some investigating, she saw a nice sized fish that she could possibly be able to snag as she quickly brought her canines down around it’s body. Though the fish was a little larger than what she could carry, she still kept her balance to the best of her ability as her head was bobbing and shaking from the fish trying to escape her jaws. How she hadn’t fallen again was beyond her as she brought it to the shore, her jaw a bit sore but otherwise she was alright, looking to Dominus in hopes that she did alright for a catch, even though her fish wasn’t as big as the ones he kept smacking out of the water.
