By the Sea

He decided after his attempts with Leonce that another try was in order, silently hoping that he could find someone else to join Olympia in the process. He walked along the shoreline his tail waving behind him in the autumn air as the sun began to rise and dipped his head in the briny sea to catch a fish. The island was small thankfully so he decided a quick walk along the coastline would be all he needed to acquaint himself with the island. He took his fish and began to pace around the shore watching as the stick-like birds opened their wings and scuttled away when he came, what they felt, was too close.
