Kindle made it almost out the entirety of his massive frame before the weight came crashing down. She yelped fearfully, leaping and rolling onto her back so that she might escape being completely crushed. Not quite fast enough in withdrawing her rear legs towards her chest, they became pinned with the weight of the wolf.

Still upon her back with her legs painfully immobilized, the Ademre needed to use whatever she could of the parts of her body still mobile. She curled towards him, aiming to land her forepaws upon his back. At the same time she stretched her neck out to bite. Though it was an awkward and difficult means of attack, she hoped that he'd give up on his pin for the sake of his own battle strategy.
