The concept of living for their god before themselves, he’d heard it before, but he never really understood why. If being a productive Abraxas meant lying to himself then he didn’t want to be one. Saren wanted to see things as they were, not what they could be. He didn’t care about rewards, sure they were nice but they weren’t something he desired. He couldn’t really say no to a walk so he stood up, taking his time.
