Instead, he looked blandly to the pup, and back to Valkyrie. “I See…” he said thoughtfully, considering what he could offer. “The pelt and antlers of an Elk, Bits of metal I found in the earth?” - this one a trader had been listing as an item they would trade for, so perhaps Valk knew its worth and could trade it on and use it for herself. He wasn’t certain what it’s worth was, but he had come across a few pieces when he had dug out his den.
