Fracture caught the sadness in her tone and offered her a empathetic smile. He knew better to pry, however. He knew Heloise valued her secrecy the last time he'd asked a personal question of her, and he was not going to risk bringing up another. The dark male looked back down at his map, wondering how to add more to the drawing when this area was a mere frozen lake.

She asked him about it, and he was glad to share his interest with his friend. "I found a rather large leaf, then slathered it in wet clay. When it dried it managed to hold it's form well, though I worry now that it may still be too breakable. However it is very easy to etch into it's surface." He gave a quiet sigh, then looked towards her. "I'm trying to find a way to properly depict these:" Fracture stepped away from Heloise and the map, moving towards a cluster of bio luminescent plankton that swam beneath the ice. They were beautiful, and lit up the ice faintly as he walked. "I can not think of a material to do so with, however. Perhaps some sort of berry."
