Caelia vs. Banshee

Though she hadn't done all that great in her first fight, which had been mildly discouraging, she'd won her second one. She supposed it was highly unlike she'd win anything in this tournament, but that wouldn't stop her from trying her best, either. Now feeling well-rested, she was ready to try again. At the very least, she was gaining some solid experience from this, wasn't she? In the end it was only making her a stronger fighter, even if she abhorred the actual losing part.

As she and her opponent were called into the ring, she got a better look at her. The girl was younger than her... but her first opponent had been, too, and she'd lost to him. Narrowing her eyes, she tried to formulate a plan. Since she was young, and likely wildly inexperienced, that meant she was equally as unpredictable, which was always a worry. Her expression was serious as she stood and hesitated for a long moment before initiating an attack, grounding herself before rushing straight at Banshee. At the last second she ducked to the side, aiming to tilt her head and grab hold of one of her forelimbs - not too roughly, but just enough to hopefully skew her balance.
