The male seemed unbothered by her lingering and questioning, fortunately, but the moment she admitted she wasn’t here to trade, he cheerily told her that was fine and turned to the next customer. Deity felt a bit like she’d been cast out— it was alright though, he’d meant no harm. Plus, he had more important things to do. A tiny smile graced Deity’s lips as she turned away. Thankfully the weather wasn’t so bad— dappled sunlight graced her fur, warming her body. She looked around at the other stalls, seeing a few neat baubles. The vendors all seemed busy though, so instead of approaching their stalls, Deity decided to move to the treeline, where it was less busy. She didn’t know any of the wolves there, and had nothing to trade, so she didn’t have much to do. Which is why she decided to do what she did best: watch and learn. |
