It's scattered storms!
The weather of the day may change from sunny to rainy unexpectedly. Though the storms aren't very severe, the speed at which they come and go is alarming. Even worse, the temperature seems to rise with each passing storm, making for a muggy and hot day in the otherwise cool fall.
