A lot in Abaven certainly had changed. For the better, or for the worse, Corvus wasn't quite sure... but a lot of good had happened lately, too. His brother was home, and he'd gotten to reconnect with him. He'd started to mentor Theory. He felt relatively confident that he wouldn't be demoted as Blackthorn. On a less positive note, his sister was still gone, and he still missed his best friend like crazy. Sometimes it was hard to shake that feeling of restlessness, even when he knew deep down that things were pretty damn good. At least he wasn't completely dreading this meeting this time...
He headed there as quickly as his paws could take him, pulling him from a brief walk around the territory. He'd been straying toward Abaven's western territories, trying to make sure the borders were marked and nothing was amiss. Luckily there was nothing of interest to report, but he still hurried as quickly as he could, only panting slightly by the time he made it to the meeting. Quite a few wolves were already there, but not all of them. He cast a glance around the group before finding a spot to sit, on his own but not too far from everyone else that his arrival would go unnoticed.
