Much like her brother Gloom wasn't exactly brimming with excitement, in fact, she was dreading having to leave the den, but as she watched Spirit and Desolate leave the den she also didn't want to just leave them to fend for themselves. The girl danced on her toes, whining and looking back into the den, hoping to see her mother or remaining siblings to help give her the push she needed but no such luck. Finally driven by nervousness and anxiety the girl burst from the den mouth, racing after the disappearing forms of her brothers. Gloom veered towards the scent trail of her brother Spirit as she realized Desolate had headed towards the busiest part of the gathering. Whining again the girl pushed herself in beside Spirit, seeking to sink into his side, not even pushing her head out as he had, curling in on herself in anxiety. She could see her uncle and while she wanted nothing more than to find herself in the safety of his presence there was a whole group of wolves between him and them and the girl dared not risk the mad dash. Gloom would resign herself to this miserable post for now, though she'd eagerly move to her mother's side when she arrived. Speak! Think! |
