He stalked back to the field, head low as he called for another challenger. The Ergi had yet to meet with the children of Odin but he had decided already that he would be sufficiently prepared before he did. He couldn’t say how they would take one such as him, but he intended to show them that his practice was not the most important factor in who he was. His great size certainly made things easier for him, but soon he would need weapons and armor, and familiars if he intended to prove himself to anyone. All in due time, he assured himself, for now his prowess on the battle field would come from himself.
