He knew Dragon and him were friends, but he didn't think he'd know the reasons behind it. Perhaps there was some other motive. It wasn't unlike Ace to not think that others has motives behind their actions. He wasn't here to banter and argue over trivial things. As far as he was concerned, Chaos knew nothing about his personal reasons for wanting to try and do what he did that day. Focusing on the matter at hand, he kept with his bids.
