Kindle caught his odd look as he recoiled, and then the scent reached her as well and the Ademre's nose wrinkled slightly. A dainty paw tapped upon the ground, signing disgust. She abandoned the meal at her feet and stood, needing a better look to see what was truly going on. It seemed as if the prey within the lake were all simply dying, and for a moment she quietly watched until it dawned on her. Turning her head sharply to the male, she stamped the ground with worry before moving forward to swat the duck away from Rosemary's grasp. Carrion swooped down all around them, each seeking to achieve a free kill of their own. "Our meals previously feasted upon these creatures." She nodded her head towards the lake where the ducks had fed, where now all life was draining free of. "I fear our lunch may be spoiled." Kindle herself had no knowledge of healing, and her paw continued to worry motions upon the dirt in panic. Were the fish poisoned? Had she already been tainted? She looked back to the man, eyes searching his for a response. "Ademre Sign" "Thinking" "You." |
