Every Eye An Open Storm

The sound of paw steps alerted Álarr to the arrival of an opponent and he looked very mean. The boy quickly set his defenses but as he started to speak and to face the man the man charged. Well, poop. The man charged for his side and Álarr leapt forward to try and get out of the way but there wasn't enough warning and the man crashed into his left hip. He quickly dug in his front legs and let the momentum help turn him to face his opponents side just short of perpendicular and he dove forward intent on repaying the favor. He ducked in low, jaws flung wide open as he tried to bite into the man's belly just behind the ribs where the flesh was more vulnerable.
