Run for the hills! VOLCANO

Something really bad was happening. The boom that shook the thicket caused the little girl to scream but what was even scarier still was what her mother did right after the thunderous sound. Dantalian had never seen her mother move so quickly. She had snapped at Dantalian to leave her toy and booted her towards the den entrance with enough force to send the tiny pup tumbling. The shove itself wasn't scary. It was the face her mother made when she did it that scared the little girl. She looked so scared that Dantalian couldn't help but be scared too.

She screamed again when a red-eyed wolf loomed suddenly out of the fog and picked her up, and proceeded to wail the whole way to the plains, stopping only once she'd been set down. There she sat whimpering, her eyes full of tears, and wrapped her tail around her paws.
