Revelation 4:2

Calamity appeared later than the rest of her siblings. By the time her spiritual form roused, Venom and Toxicity had already flocked to her father's side. She groaned in her half-slumber, her soul slowly pulling itself together on this different plane. When she finally stumbled to her feet, Cala felt strange. Like she was half of herself. The familiar sight of Venom and Toxicity encouraged her, and then... she saw her father. A mix of strange emotions caught in her throat.
She swallowed over and over, trying to make sense of the picture before her. What was this dark magic? Was this the power of Toxicity's - and her family's - religion? Wow. Calamity was stunned speechless. It was incredible. Gulping and finally clearing her throat, she strode on shaking legs over to where her family had gathered. "What is this place?" she asked quietly, her voice muffled as she pressed her muzzle into Archon's fur. All of her hairs stood on end as she finally made contact with her father. Her jealousy and selfishness and disbelief all haunted her; it was an agonizing feeling, the shame was so intense that manifested as a physical pain.
She had been so wrong to disbelieve her sister and question their sacred beliefs. Here was proof - even if it was not living proof - that they were godlings among mortals. They could transgress planes that other wolves only dreamed of. "I was so wrong... so foolish, so stupid," she whispered, tears flowing freely down her face. Calamity swore a private oath to herself that she would never again be a selfish nonbeliever. She would smite anyone who questioned their faith and follow them to the next plane to prove their truth. Faith rose within her; she felt newly baptized by the sight of father and Obi's ceremony. "We are truly gods, aren't we?"
